The Our Guests Program provides consistent and dignified support to individuals and families experiencing homelessness or financial hardship. The program is structured around hospitality, recognising each person not as a recipient of aid, but as a valued guest. 

Each week, the program offers a range of essential provisions at no cost. These include freshly prepared hot meals, desserts, and a variety of beverages such as juices, tea, and coffee. In addition, guests receive fresh vegetables and fruits supplied through partnerships with OzHarvest WA and SecondBite, as well as bread and bakery items provided by Baker's Delight. 

All services are delivered within a welcoming environment characterised by respect, care, and human dignity. The Our Guests Program aims to address immediate needs while fostering a sense of community, inclusion, and personal worth. 

Alongside the Our Guests Program we utilise our Refresh Hygiene Program which offers laundry, shower, grooming services as well as new garments. In addition to this Health Hub Program, Healthy Minds Program and Let’s Talk Program are offered.
