Let’s Talk Program
The Let’s Talk Program provides a safe and respectful space for individuals who seek to be heard. The program is grounded in the principle that attentive listening can offer meaningful emotional relief and clarity during periods of personal difficulty.
Conversations are facilitated by experienced and mature volunteers who are committed to confidentiality, empathy, and non-judgemental engagement. The program is informal in nature and is not intended to replace professional counselling or clinical services. Rather, it offers supportive dialogue for those who may benefit from sharing their thoughts, concerns, or experiences in a trusted setting.
Participants are free to discuss a wide range of personal, social, or spiritual matters. Where appropriate, general guidance may be offered in good faith, drawing on life experience and pastoral insight.
It is important to note that any advice provided within the program is informal, non-professional, and does not carry legal or clinical liability. Individuals requiring specialised or urgent support are encouraged to seek appropriate professional services.
The Let’s Talk Program aims to promote wellbeing through presence, understanding, and compassionate listening.
