Healthy Minds Program

The Healthy Minds Program provides structured mental health support through qualified volunteer psychologists. The program is designed to offer accessible, short-term psychological care for individuals experiencing emotional or mental health challenges.

Access to the program is based on referral from a general practitioner (GP) or a recognised medical specialist, ensuring appropriate clinical oversight and suitability for participation. Services are delivered by registered or professionally trained psychologists who volunteer their expertise within a clearly defined framework.

The program offers up to ten sessions per participant, with each session lasting approximately 30 minutes. This model enables focused and goal-oriented support while maintaining availability for a broader number of individuals in need.

All interactions are conducted with professional standards of confidentiality, ethical care, and respect for the individual. While the service is provided free of charge, its scope is limited to short-term support and does not replace ongoing or intensive psychological treatment where required.

The Healthy Minds Program aims to contribute to improved mental wellbeing by making professional support more accessible within a structured and responsible setting.
