SMOS currently extends its services within Western Australia - currently in Perth and Geraldton.
We deliver compassionate, practical, and holistic support to individuals and families across our community. Through a wide range of programs, we support those experiencing homelessness, hardship, illness, isolation, mental health challenges, and social transition. Our services span food relief, health and wellbeing, education support, settlement assistance, and community connection—always delivered with dignity, respect, and genuine human care.
SMOS Australia
SMOS delivers coordinated, nationwide support across Australia through disaster relief and strategic partnerships. At a national level, SMOS responds to emergencies and natural disasters through organised appeals, essential relief distribution, and early recovery assistance, while working closely with government agencies, charities, healthcare providers, and community organisations. This integrated approach ensures timely, transparent, and effective support, strengthening community resilience and enabling sustainable recovery during and beyond times of crisis.

SMOS delivers humanitarian relief and sustainable development support to vulnerable communities across the globe through its International Rescue Program, NE Africa Program, and Global Assistance Program.
